We’re opening the vaults a little wider.

Today, Hammer of War is rolling out a limited Consignment program—your new destination for unique, pre-owned, out-of-print, and collectible treasures from private collections and trusted partners. Every piece is curated for fans of Warhammer, Black Library, RPGs, and premium tabletop ephemera—and fulfilled with white-glove care from the Hammer of War Warehouse in Tacoma, WA.

And this is just the beginning. In the coming months, we’ll expand our ecosystem with commissioned painting services fulfilled from Valencia, Spain via Prism Creative Studios, and we’re laying the groundwork for international consignment fulfillment hubs to better serve collectors worldwide.

What Consignment Means at Hammer of War

Consignment items are sold by Hammer of War on behalf of a collector, estate, or partner. We handle the photography, marketing, packaging, sale, and customer service; once an item sells, the original owner receives a share of the proceeds.

Expect to see a rotating selection of:

How to Spot Consignment Listings

  • Specific condition notes, packaging details, and shipping origin

  • High-resolution photos and transparent descriptions — sold as-is

Shipping, Handling & Returns

Most consignment items ship directly from Tacoma, Washington; select listings may be fulfilled from partner locations as our international program rolls out. All items are securely packed, tracked, and insured where appropriate. Local pickup or in-person handoff may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Because these goods are third-party owned, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. If something’s off on arrival, contact us—we’ll work with professionalism and fairness to make it right.

Prism Creative Studios brings two strengths under one banner:

  • Collectibles & More: From Warhammer and D&D to comic books, Kickstarter board games, and rare limiteds across tabletop and geek culture.

  • Commission Painting (Launching in a Few Months): Professional painting services fulfilled from Valencia, Spain. From centerpiece characters to cohesive armies, Prism’s artists will offer clear tiers, quotes, WIP checkpoints, and insured international return shipping—brokered through Hammer of War for a seamless experience.

We’ll announce Prism’s full service menu, pricing bands, intake process, and booking windows ahead of launch so you can reserve a slot with confidence.

For Prospective Consignors

We offer a collector-minded, concierge approach to selling:

  • Product photography & listing

  • Promotion across Shopify, eBay, social, and event booths

  • Packaging & fulfillment

  • Customer service and returns (when applicable)

Standard split: 60/40 (you receive 60% of the net sale price). Custom arrangements are available for high-value collections, bulk liquidations, and legacy archives.
