Description

Hailing from a far away city, the Manhunter is a sadistic killer. It brutally executes survivors, cowing settlements into willingly submitting people to it. No one knows why it abducts survivors or what they are used for — only that once taken, they are never seen again.

Settlements facing the Manhunter must make a grim choice: take up arms against a brutal foe that prefers to break enemies' bodies before ending their lives, or accept the blood tax and trade their kin for resources. If the Manhunter can be defeated, the scarred survivors will benefit from the monster's invaluable hunting tools. If not, submission carries its own dark rewards — and darker consequences.

As a nemesis expansion for Kingdom Death: Monster, the Manhunter introduces a uniquely coercive dynamic to the campaign, forcing settlements to confront questions of sacrifice and survival that go beyond the standard hunt-and-showdown cycle. The expansion's Rare Gear cards, Strange Resources, and Innovation cards open new crafting and settlement paths unavailable in the base game.
