Rare Finds: Kickstarter Exclusives & Limited Releases Now In Stock

Some items you can only get if you backed the right campaign at the right moment. Today, Hammer of War has a few of those moments available again.
We've just added a curated collection of Kickstarter-exclusive and limited direct-sale items to the store — spanning the dark survival horror of Kingdom Death: Monster, the sword-and-sorcery brutality of Monolith's Conan, the shadows of Gotham City, and the cockpits of the Inner Sphere. These aren't mass-market restocks. Several of these pieces haven't been available through official channels in years. If something catches your eye, don't sit on it.
Kingdom Death: Monster — White Box & Kraft Box Miniatures
Kingdom Death's limited miniature releases are the stuff of hobby legend. Produced in small runs, sold direct-only, and almost never restocked — once they're gone, you're at the mercy of the secondary market. We have a rare collection of both white box and kraft box releases in stock right now.
The crown jewel of this lot is the White Speaker — Kingdom Death's very first miniature ever released. Known in lore as Koshka, the White Speaker is the founding figure of the entire Kingdom Death line. Art by Lokman Lam, sculpture by Jonah Gilbert. If you're a serious collector of KDM's resin history, this is the piece.
We also have the Priestess from the same era — First Run, limited to 500 numbered units worldwide — alongside the original resin Forsaker, the early named-label kraft box sculpt that predates the Archival Remaster by years.
From the later kraft box era we have the Warrior of the Sun (Male) and Warrior of the Sun (Female) — the complete pair, both in the original named-label format. Art by Yasmine Putri, sculpture by Jacques Alexandre Gillois. These are consistently collected as a set and are long sold out through Kingdom Death's direct store. The Forsaker Archival Remaster rounds out the older releases — the Yasmine Putri reimagining of the character in photoresin, in the hand-stamped kraft box format.

From the white box line: the Black Friday Ninja, Kingdom Death's annual holiday exclusive, and Fade (GPI-0618-01, barcode 653341722027) — both hard plastic display-quality figures in the signature white box format.
Finally, a rare find for active KDM players: a laser-cut wood gear card organizer tray sourced from a Kickstarter backer campaign. Labeled dividers covering core and expansion gear locations — Gorm, Flower Knight, Lion God, Barber Surgeon, Bone Smith, Manhunter, Green Knight Armor, and more. A genuine quality-of-life upgrade for anyone who has ever stared into the abyss of an unsorted KDM gear pile.

Conan: Monolith Board Game — Kickstarter Scenario Booklet
Monolith's Conan board game was one of the most successful tabletop Kickstarter campaigns of its era, and much of its content never made it to retail. The Conan: Le Livre de Scénarios – Khitai is exactly that kind of piece — a French-language scenario booklet for the Khitai expansion, distributed as a KS fulfilment item and never sold through standard channels.
The cover depicts the pagoda battle scene that defines the Khitai expansion's aesthetic: Conan and companions fighting through the Eastern districts against sorcerous enemies and hired assassins. The back cover features a striking Hyrkanian warrior illustration. Designed by Antoine Bauza and Ludovic Maublanc. Required: Conan core box (2015) and Khitai expansion components.
A practical scenario reference for Francophone Khitai players and a collectible piece of Conan KS history for completionists.
Batman: Gotham City Chronicles — Kickstarter Exclusives
Monolith's Batman: Gotham City Chronicles Season 1 Kickstarter produced a vast range of character expansions and campaign content that never saw retail release. We've been steadily adding these to the store, and the current wave includes some of the most sought-after pieces from the campaign.
On the character side: White Rabbit (3760271440727) brings Jaina Hudson's dual-identity villainess to the tabletop. Catwoman (BAT22, 3760271440772) needs no introduction — Selina Kyle is one of the most iconic figures in the DC universe and one of the most mobile characters in the GCC roster. The Reaper (BAT25, 3760271440741) rounds out the villain additions — a brutal street-level antagonist with a gothic aesthetic that fits perfectly into Gotham's shadows.

For campaign players: Narrows Chronicles 2: A New Eden (3760271441625) expands the narrative Narrows Chronicles series with 21 Villain Sheets, 16 Equipment Cards, and a bilingual (EN/FR/DE) rulebook. This is some of the most narrative-driven content available for GCC, building connected story arcs across multiple sessions. And for those building out a full KS collection, the Batman Inc. Box (3760271440444) is a major expansion — 20 miniatures covering the Bat-family roster (Batman, Batgirl, Nightwing, Robin, Red Hood, Batwoman), a double-sided board (Arkham Asylum / Joker's Funhouse), and supporting tiles and cards.
All Monolith products ship from France and carry the 3760271 barcode prefix. These are genuine KS items — never retail.

BattleTech — Clan Invasion Kickstarter Exclusives
The 2019 BattleTech: Clan Invasion Kickstarter by Catalyst Game Labs was a landmark campaign for the Inner Sphere, and several of its backer-exclusive items are now in stock at Hammer of War.
The MechWarrior Pilot Deck: Mercenaries of the Inner Sphere II (barcode 810038456645) is a 55-card deck distributed free to wave-one backers to offset shipping costs — it was never offered through standard retail channels. Each card features the pilot stats on one face and a bespoke character illustration on the reverse. Notably, this is the sequel to the cancelled Mercenaries of the Inner Sphere I, making it the only deck in the series to see print. Compatible with both Classic BattleTech and Alpha Strike.
The Warriors of Kerensky I (barcode 850011819944) brings the Clan side of the invasion to life — 55 cards covering the elite warriors of the Clans, produced under Topps license. If you field Clan forces on the tabletop, this deck adds the human element that makes those BattleMechs worth fighting for.
Both decks are sealed. Genuine Clan Invasion KS fulfilment items — scarce on the secondary market.
