Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no return policy except in cases where items are damaged during shipping or the wrong item is received. Eligibility for Returns
Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

Damaged Items: If the item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide photographic evidence of the damage, including pictures of the packaging and the item itself.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide photographic evidence of the item received and your order details.
Conditions for Return
If your return request meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged item or wrong item received). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Books: Unless they are received damaged or the wrong item was sent.
- Limited Edition Items: Limited, numbered, or special edition items are non-returnable unless they are received damaged or the wrong item was sent.
- Opened or Used Items: Any item that has been opened or shows signs of use.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
