Description

Shen Fang is the ruthless head of the Hong Kong underworld and master of the Ghost Dragons — one of Gotham City's most feared assassin groups. A criminal of considerable power and reach, Shen Fang operates in the shadows of the city's most dangerous criminal networks and collaborates with Gotham's own crime boss Carmine Falcone. Beyond his formidable criminal empire, Shen Fang is himself an expert martial artist, and his imposing physical stature makes him a dangerous adversary in direct combat.

On the tabletop, Shen Fang is a durable and well-rounded villain with a significant health pool. His imposing stature grants him better resistance to melee attacks, while his martial arts expertise increases the reliability of his offensive strikes. The loyalty of his Ghost Dragons men helps shield him from being directly targeted, and when accompanied by his assassins he becomes a particularly difficult threat for hero players to contain. He can also function as a replacement Villain in certain missions from the base box, and is fully compatible with Versus mode.

Collectible Value

Released as a Kickstarter-exclusive expansion during Monolith's Batman: Gotham City Chronicles campaign, Shen Fang was never made available through standard retail channels. Single character expansions from this line are produced in limited quantities with no mass retail restocking, making sealed blister packs increasingly scarce on the secondary market.
